Sake Brewing Byproduct - Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (GFF)

A byproduct of sake fermentation, first noticed on the hands of aging brewers whose faces had aged while their hands had not. It has since become one of the most studied ferments in Asian skincare. Rich in vitamins, amino acids, organic acids, and minerals, it helps skin appear more even in tone and more luminous with continued use. Used in both products, and in Melo Hand Lotion it is the second ingredient on the label.
