Why it matters: Many flosses are coated with PTFE (the same chemical used in non-stick pans), which can contain toxic PFAS—also known as “forever chemicals.” These have been linked to hormone disruption, immune issues, and long-term health issues. RiseWell Floss: 100% free of Teflon and PFAS.

No Artificial Flavors

Why it matters: Conventional floss often uses synthetic or “natural flavors” made with hidden chemical additives that may trigger allergies or irritation. RiseWell Floss: Flavored with 100% clean, natural essential oils.

No Petroleum Based Wax

Why it matters: Petroleum-based waxes are commonly used to coat floss, but they’re derived from crude oil and can contain harmful residues. RiseWell Floss: Coated with natural, non-toxic wax for a smooth glide that removes debris gently.

Reviews

Extremely Refreshing!

"I tried the mouthwash for the first time. Wow! Extremely Refreshing! Just a small amount is needed. My husband and I both love the toothpaste. The floss is my favorite. It's the only Floss that seems to do what it's suppose to. It gives that clean feeling like after the dentist, but now every day. I was surprised at how quick the shipment was. Less than a week. Thank you for such healthy products!🤎"

Risewell is great!

"LOVE the mouthwash the most, since the toothpaste is not as much of a strong mint flavor as I would like. Also love the floss!"

Roswell tooth paste mouth wash

"Roswell tooth paste mouth wash and floss are excellent product at a very reasonable price. For me it’s been a good investment in all three products to improve the quality of mouth care I rescue. My teeth feel clean, I do not have a desire to nibble between meals as I like the fresh feeling. My gums have stored bleeding since starting these product. I have introduced the tooth paste to two other family members er. I higjly recommend Rosewll!"

Enjoying the products so far

"Being using the toothpaste for some time now with no issues. The bamboo toothbrush is pretty soft, so my gums appreciate it."

— Adam R. (5/5)

Pretty Good

"I do truly like this floss. I think it’s excellent for gum health. My lower rating is just due to the fact that I have dental work in my mouth and the floss got stuck, and it was a little tedious to get it out. It’s probably only because it’s a thicker floss than the typical floss that I’ve been using. I would say if there was a way to thin it out a little bit more, to make it a little smoother moving through the teeth, I would appreciate that even more. That being said, I’ll continue using this floss for sure. ❤️"

Q&A

What is Hydroxyapatite in your Scrubby Floss?

Hydroxyapatite (HA) is a natural mineral that has revolutionized oral care. Your body contains significant amounts of HA, which is also present in your saliva. Hydroxyapatite has become standard in Japan (they get all the good stuff first!), and is increasingly being used in Europe due to the research and studies showing its safety and effectiveness. There is research that shows it is not only safe but also cleans, whitens and supports enamel, naturally. Don't believe us? Check out the studies on our ingredients page!

Is RiseWell Scrubby Floss recommended by dentists?

Yes. In fact, we have built a Scientific Council comprised of some of the leading Dentists and Doctors in the United States. They are here to help us make sure we have the best and most scientifically-backed products possible, and remain on the leading edge of dental products.

Do you sell your Scrubby Floss in a travel size?

Yes, we sell a convenient, TSA approved travel Scrubby Floss.

Is RiseWell's Scrubby Floss safe for all types of dental conditions?

RiseWell makes products that everyone can feel comfortable using. Our products are safe for braces, invisalign, veneers, fillings, crowns and implants.

Does RiseWell Scrubby Floss contain parabens?

No. All RiseWell products are made without parabens.

What makes RiseWell Scrubby Floss different from other dental floss?

With no harsh chemicals, teflon or other toxins, and infused with hydroxyapatite RiseWell was formulated to promote optimal oral hygiene to remove debris and deposit hydroxyapatite between the teeth where many cavities often form.

RiseWell's three co-founders, John and Kori Estrada along with Kori's brother, a dentist and prosthodontist, Dr. Derek Gatta were determined to find a naturally effective and safe way to make oral care. John discovered hydroxyapatite, a biomimetic mineral that had been used in Japan for decades as a naturally effective way to support enamel. From there their mission was simple: To make everyday oral care a naturally effective, powerful step toward whole-body wellness.

When is the best time to floss your teeth each day?

We recommend flossing at least once a day and for optimal results floss first, then rinse, and then brush with a hydroxyapatite toothpaste. Remember, because hydroxyapatite is 100% safe, you only need to spit. No Rinsing needed, so you can allow the hydroxyapatite to remain working on your enamel for a longer period of time.

Where is your Scrubby Floss made?

All of our manufacturing facilities are in the United States, except for our Teflon Free Floss, which is made in Italy.

Is RiseWell's Scrubby Floss gluten free, vegan and cruelty free?
