You only need a small rice-sized amount of toothpaste for efficacy in kids, and a pea-sized amount for efficacy adults. The secret to our toothpaste formulas are with their ability to work with your saliva, so just a thin coating on your teeth is sufficient. You can spit, but DO NOT RINSE after for maximum effectiveness!

Most toothpastes foam because of SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) or a synthetic derivative of SLS, a detergent that strips your mouth of beneficial bacteria and can cause canker sores. RiseWell is SLS-free. The effectiveness and clean feeling comes from the ingredients actually working, not from soap-like suds.
